General provisions
Zrobumo is a platform connecting users to collaborate on tasks. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and commit to following our platform rules.
User account
To interact on the platform, you must register an account.
- You must provide accurate and truthful account information.
- You are fully responsible for the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
- Impersonation and fake profiles are strictly prohibited.
Customers & tasks
Customers create tasks to find suitable performers.
- Requirements must be described clearly and placed in the appropriate category.
- Deadlines should be realistic.
- Customers should not materially change the agreed scope after a proposal is accepted without mutual agreement.
Performers & proposals
Performers submit proposals to offer their skills.
- Provide truthful profile information (student verification is available).
- Submit realistic proposals and only accept work you can reasonably complete.
- Follow agreed deadlines and requirements.
Workspace & execution
Once a proposal is accepted, a workspace is created.
- The accepted collaboration proceeds exclusively through the workspace.
- Task-related communication, file sharing, and submissions must remain in the workspace to form a complete collaboration history.
- Users must communicate respectfully.
Work results
Submissions are used to track task progress.
- The performer submits the completed work.
- The customer reviews the submitted work and may accept it or request revisions where supported.
- Acceptance completes the active stage of the workspace.
Payments & financial operations
Zrobumo does not accept, hold or transfer users' money. The customer and the performer agree on the amount, method and timing of payment themselves and settle directly with each other.
- Zrobumo is not a party to payments between users and is not responsible for making them.
- Record the agreed payment terms in the workspace: it helps resolve a dispute if one arises.
- If built-in payments become available, their terms will be shown in the payment process itself and added to these Terms.
Reviews & reputation
Reviews build trust on the platform.
- Reviews must reflect a genuine collaboration.
- Manipulation, extortion, or posting fake reviews is prohibited and will be moderated.
Disputes & issues
We encourage open communication.
- Users should first attempt to resolve issues directly through workspace messages.
- If necessary, use the platform's dispute mechanisms, providing truthful context and evidence.
- The platform administration may review disputes and apply binding resolutions.
Prohibited use
The platform strictly prohibits fraud, impersonation, harassment, illegal activity, sharing malicious software, bypassing platform rules, and abuse or manipulation of any system.

- Content may be restricted or removed where applicable.
- Access may be limited for violations.
- Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent account suspension.
User responsibility
Users are entirely responsible for the information they provide, the agreements they make, the files they upload, their lawful use of the platform, and their own decisions when selecting collaborators.
