• Do not mislead other users
• Do not use the platform for fraud
• Be polite, avoid insults and threats
• Do not attempt to artificially manipulate ratings or reviews

Create clear tasks and be a reliable partner.

• Clearly and fully describe what needs to be done
• Choose relevant categories for the task
• Provide realistic requirements and a deadline
• Do not unfairly change the scope of work after agreement
• Communicate primarily within the task workspace
• Review submitted work fairly
• Do not pressure performers into actions that violate rules

Take your work seriously and maintain high quality.

• Only apply for tasks you are genuinely capable of completing
• Provide truthful information in your profile
• Respect agreed deadlines
• Communicate progress to the customer
• Do not pass off someone else's work as your own (no plagiarism)
• Do not submit malicious files or links
• Follow the platform's workflow

Publishing such materials is strictly prohibited and will lead to an account ban.

Maintain transparency in the workflow.

• Users must not intentionally use task descriptions, proposals, profile content, or messages to bypass platform rules by sharing prohibited external contact or payment details.
• Discussion of work details should take place within the Zrobumo workspace.

Follow agreed interaction terms.

• The workflow should proceed according to platform agreements
• Agree on the amount, method and timing of payment in the workspace before work starts
• It is forbidden to request deceptive or unauthorized payments
• Do not demand more than the agreed amount or payment before the agreed time
• Keep relevant collaboration history inside the workspace where possible

When disagreement happens:

• Communicate in the workspace and try to find common ground
• Describe the problem clearly to the other party
• Attempt revision or resolution
• If no agreement is reached, use the dispute mechanism
• Provide relevant evidence and context to the platform team

Failure to follow these rules may result in:

• Removal of your content (tasks, proposals)
• Restrictions on creating new tasks or proposals
• Temporary account access restriction
• Account suspension
• Permanent access removal for serious or repeated violations
